Would you say the interior quality, fit, finish, padding, etc. on the 2003 Accord is:

1. Better Than Previous Years
2. Same As Previous Years
3. Worse Than Previous Years

I just receive my 2003 accord coupe ex-v6(San Marino Red) the day before Christmas and I'm happy with it. I never had an accord before but the front seats are comfortable and the sound quality is good.

 

the quality is excellent, i'd say that it is the most comfortable car that i have sat in

 

MYy previous car was a 1998 buick park avenue and i must say that my EX (w/ leather) is just as, if not more comfortable. The trim on mine is also wood (or wood looking) - some ppl like it, some ppl think its cheesy, i prefer it over the gray plastic.

 

I think the '03 interior is great looking and right-on for the price point (I have an LX). There are some surfaces that are hard plastic, but they are good quality. In my Maxima everything is soft touch. But it was a lot more money too.

I am thrilled with my Accord so far.

 

I don't own a 03 but I have sat in a 03 EX coupe in a autoshow, and usually I can't tell if the quality is good or not because they all seems good enough to me, unless some saturn cars hehe. Anyways, but I can tell if the design is good or not, in my opinion the 03 is way better looking than the 5th and 6th generations, especially the tachometer and stuff when the light is on, oh my god, looks so good, even better than my parents' G35 sedan.

 

Like the interior better then the exterior.

 

I think the interior quality is much improved over the previous generations. But it still has all the Honda trademarks... all high-quality materials that all fit together well... everything feels sturdy... the seats are very comfortable... every button, with the exception of the radio/climate controls, are laid out very well... they just keep getting better and better! I LOVE Honda!! (except the Element)

 

well, we all know that the USDM 7th G accords' interior is the exactly same as the JDM 7th G accords'

i think the interior looks rich and nicely layed out, not like cheapo 6th G accords' IMHO.
