hi. i am planning to get the factory spoiler for my 94 accord from this junkyard for like $75. the only problem is that it is on a 96/97 accord and i dont know if it will fit my 94. cosmetically the two cars are similiar, but i heard that the 96/97 are wider, so will the spoiler go too far out to the sides? i dont want it to look weird like that. i like how the factory spoiler compliments the accord body. i think its the only spoiler out there that looks right on the accord. if anyone knows if i can use the 96/97 factory oem spoilers on my 94 accord, please let me know. thanks!

 

bring a tape measure to the junkyark before purchasing....u will find the answer....just make sure you measure YOUR 94 before you leave.

I heard 97-97 front is interchangeble with 94 but not the back.

 

i'm pretty sure they are the same size all around. only differences are bumpers, tail lights, and front grill.

 

i would like to say your right..but when i look at a 94/95....it seems smaller to me...maybe its just me....anybody have confirmation?

The spoiler will fit... the only differences with the 94-95 and 96-97 spoiler, is the 95 style spoiler has a boxier shape to it... the 97 style spoiler has a more aerodynamic shape to it.

I installed a factory spoiler on my grandmothers 97 accord, and before doing so I placed it on my trunk lid to see how it would fit, it definatly fits just like the 95 style spoiler.

 

Same car only real difference was the trunk opening is wider on the 96-97 (hence the different style taillights).

Aside from that all the parts except for the trunk lid, taillights, and rear 1/4 panels are fully interchangeable.
