my cousins car is about to fall apart soon , my question is , is there any swap you can do to this car or basically its dead ? the v6 model is wider in front and a lil bit longer .

 

I know you can swap the H22A in there for the F20B.Recomend the H22A for the cheapiest price. But im not sure if they will fit in the V6 Accord. Or you could go to ebay and try to find a V6 engine for cheap..

 

the thing is he wants stick , and the engine mounts are totally diferent to the f22. so no help with the v6 model right

 

If he wants stick, he could always get the drivetrain from an old Acura Legend V6. That's his only option. I know the first gen Legend (2.7L V6) will fit in the 5th gen Accord and that had a 5 speed, but I'm not sure about the 2nd gen Legend (3.2L V6) with a 6spd.

 

u can get a c27 5sp from the 1st gen legend. but its better to go with a j30 v6 from the 6th gen accord. it bolts in... ive seen it. h & f series wont fit b/c the mounts are different

 

But he wants a stick. He'll have to buy the tranny from the CL Type-S or new Accord V6 6 speed to convert it to stick if he puts on the J30A1.
