Default Short Ram Intake---Worth The $$$?

I have my intake resonator removed so far, and that seems to be a good thing. Then I have a K&N air filter in there now. I am considering a short ram intake.

Will this increase the HP a good bit? I mean for $100 or so it really cant be beat. But I am questioning the effectiveness.

Ok, dish out the 175 and get a AEM Cold Air Intake.

Twice the HP gains as the short ram, and SRI's have been known to loose HP.

Or if your cheap go on eBay and check out cheaper brands... but beware of ****ty knockoffs.

i have a short ram and kinda regret it. you're MUCH better off with an AEM CAI with the bypass valve. the short ram NEEDS the res box. without it, it's 100% hot air being sucked in.
