for sure it would be easier to stay auto.... also cheaper for the swap and also cheaper as in you dont need to buy other parts really.

But it would be a very educational experience to swap from auto to standard

Use a 92-96 lude shifter, it's much nicer.

Also plan on a new clutch.

ok so lets say i just get the auto for ease of install, will the tranny bolt right up to the mounts from the f22 auto tranny? so i would just have to drop out the engine/tranny, put the new in, and do wiring etc., i wouldn't have to change any axles or anything?

btw, i was also thinking of going through osaka motors, is 1850 a pretty good price? , i think it comes with everything, tranny, ecu, etc and has under 30 or 35k miles

its about 250 for shipping and 1850 for complete. which is the cheapest prices i have ever seen. And no, you will need a lude tranny mount.

1850 is best price on the net that i have ever seen for a regualr price.

everyone i know with an engine that sits straight used accord mounts (all 4 for 4th gen) or a mix (5th gen uses accord mounts on front back, tranny, and lude mount on the driver side).

on 4th gen al work except tranny mount, you have to use the lude if you use the lude tranny.
