the reason why i ask is. When the car is turned on, and all I do is turn the stering wheel I get the weridest noise. I mean it is horrible it is like a screatching noise. From just turn the sterrin wheel left and right. I was just doing it when i turn to the right but now it does it as it excelerates and turns. I know i need to do my right cv joint. Should I do my whole axle please let me know i need some advice

Probably not the entire axle. Have Honda diagnos it, and then replace what you can, have them do the rest.

just one wheel? clicking or whining sound? a bad ball joint doesn't make noise. probably something else like a cv joint or a wheel bearing.
