Default extra maintence with recall?

So I am going to take my car in next week to get the recall work done for the oil plug thing. The service advisor said that it would be about $500 to replace everything while they have it all apart. Timing belt, water pump, and i dont remember what else. He said it would save me about $120 in labor. I was planning on doing the Timing belt, but i am not sure about the other stuff. My car has 130k on it, i have no clue what service has been done on it. I have had the car for 5 month now. What do you guys suggest?

A good mechanic near me said $300 for a 60K tuneup including timing belt and water pump.

What is this recall and what years does it apply to? I have a 96 Accord LX.
Your car is one affected. It's to put a clip on the front balancer seal so it doesn't back out and drain all your oil in a matter of minutes, I heard oil leakage like this can be a bad thing
