Default front rotor replacement

I want to replace the front rotors on my 96 accord since they are warped. May be my axle too.

I want to rotate the knucle to get to the 4 bolts that hold the hub on the backside. Can I just undo the lower ball joint and swing out the steering knucle, suppose both front wheels are off the ground? Or do I also have to undo the tie rod end and upper ball joint too?

Another question. If I just want to take out the axle, do I have to separate lower, upper ball joint and tie rod end? Or just the lower ball joint? I am thinking that with both front wheels off th ground the tie rod end will give me enough play to take out the axle.

Any idea?
