do they make a type R mesh grille for 2001-2001 accord sedans?

No. The USDM and European Accords are completely different, so there actually is no Type-R version of the 6th gen accord.

If you want a Type-R style grille, then I don't think they sell them for the 6th gen Accord sedans. At least I haven't seen any.
