The EVO is ok most of the time. But when traveling down the highway at freeway speeds, and then start up a grade, the noise level will increase 10 fold and will resonates within the car. I only had the single version though, and took it off. I had it on at the same time of installing the AEM CAI, big increase in low/mid range power, but top end was greatly affected. I couldn't get it over 110.

anything nonstock is basically illegal in VA
