article is published nov. 18th 2002, story says he was there on this sunday, which makes that the 17th.

says he was there for this 20th anniversary @ Marysvilles plant, just like he was there at 10th anniversary, and at the 10th anniversary he was presented with a new car since his prior honda went 618k miles.

so that new car on the 10th anniversary was either a 92 or 93 model, most likely a 93se, and now with one million miles on the 92-93, he's been given another free honda, most likely a 03' model to promote reliablilty.

and i bet honda also is takin the hit to the pocketbook to see how this new 7th gen platform does since they know this guy will really work the car.

That's weird the guy with the million mile 5th gen didn't get a free car. He paid for his CL-S.
