Update on the beater
fixed the radio, either the back speaker blew and when it did the voice coil grounded itself or there's a bad connection. I'm going go to with blowing. I unplugged it and as soon as i did all the speakers began to work normally. So i'd say my journey is at a pause for the moment.
I also started to think about painting it. I did a pretty bad job on my mazda i wont lie, it looks like a nice matte finish but i don't think i sprayed nearly enough clear coat. I'm going to practice on the dented hood of the accord before i paint it because i'm replaceing the hood with another. But i'm thinking a dark charcoal or gunmetal and lowering it an inch. Things are kind of on hold right now as i'm running out of cash. Which sux because i really want to put that turbo i have in the garage to use on the mazda. Oh well though, like all projects best not to rush.

i'd rather fix everything before i play with it but it does suck. I also got laid off a while ago and have had trouble gettign back in the automotive world. Luckily they are building a honda dealership near me so i'm trying to get on there but its not completed yet. Just concrete walls, but thats my dream.
I know this weekend i got shafted on gas, i was about to get some springs for the car till i realized the mazda was empty. The accord had half a tank but its not insured yet. I don't really feel comfortable driving a non insured car around, never know when something stupid will happen and its completely your fault because you have no insurance on the vehicle. I don't try to take chances.
