18x7.5 45mm+ offset

tires should be 215/45/18 or 225/40/18


19x7.5

215/35/19 or 225/35/19

19 will give you rubbin problems, no way around it, unless you run really low profile tires.

19s look good, but if you have the 4 cyl. it might take too much away from the performance aspect. I'd go with 18s, that's what I have, and I have no regrets about it. Sure, 19s would be nice, but not for daily driving.
