Default lightweight lug nuts

Other than the fact that these lug nuts are lighter and look better (maybe) is there any other benefit?

Some are actually locking wheel lugs, so they serve a dual purpose besides being lightweight. Although not all are locking lugs...

I think they're mainly for weight savings and looks...

I think it would be beneficial to reduce rotating mass...
