Default 90 Accord AC removal

Hey I just got this 90 dx off my mom for free, only 100k miles, just needs some work, its gonna be a much sweeter daily than my celica which has no room and is falling apart.
I got a chineze complete racing exhaust cause the whole exhaust was falling apart, went to bolt the new exhaust manifold on and the new one sticks out a little too far and collides with an AC pipe. I want to remove the ac system completely because it doesn't work anyways and is just dead weight. But primarily cause it is preventing my new header from going on. Any tips on removal ? anything to make sure to do or not to do? If anybody is a veteran in this field please feel free to lend me some advice or tips

Get the system evaporated by a professional so you don't freeze your hands and be nice to the environment. Then just go for it.
