Default new guy <-----needs suggestions

I am in need of new struts for my 94 accord and was told dc sports makes good struts, whether thats true or not is another story. Any suggestions would be helpful. Next, my car is making a scratching noise when I reverse and sometimes when I brake. Iam thinking I need new pads, and hopefully not new rotors again any suggestions would be helpful. thanks

dc makes strut bars, not struts, to the best of my knowledge. most people here either will recommend kyb agx or koni yellows.
