i have a friend with clutchmaster stage 2 and he hasn't had a problem with them.

clutchmasters had a ton of problems not too long ago with their clutches. the springs were too weak. the springs would come out. they re-use your stock bearing. sorry but i'm not buying a clutch that uses stock parts

the lbs on the flywheel is how much is weighs. the flywheel spins. the less the flywheel weighs the less the engine has to work to spin the flywheel. the lighter you get the quicker the revs raise. but also the quick the revs drop

i would go with an ACT. but what do i know? i only own one. i've never owned a CM or driven a CM clutch so i cant say they suck. but i've heard lots of bad stories about them

Actually ACT does use some oem stuff, but modified to be better. That's why many people like Exedy cause they make their own stuff and it's very popular in Japan.

I still bought ACT anyway cause they are still a great a clutch and tons of people use it.
