i dont know why, but my car seems to be really sluggish lately... throttle response seems to be not quite up to par and idk why but my handling seems alot more restricted (tighter) that may have been because the window was down.. idk, but my car just doesnt seem to have the pep that it did a couple weeks ago and i dont know why... hmm any suggestions/reasoning? oh i have a 97 accord four banger.

 

Tune up. Did you change gas station? Do anything to the car recently? Any code?

 

my best suggestion is to use a fuel injector cleaner and do a tune up. my "fuel injector cleaner" is I run Shell V-Power or Chevron 93 (with techron) every 4th-5th fill up and I can feel the peppiness immediately, but its still noticeable through the rest of the month even on 87.

as far as the steering, couldn't tell you, didn't give too much info to go on.

 

well i actually am about to buy some fuel injector cleaner and go a run on 92octane, yes 92 not 93 :P my engine light came on after i removed the heat shield and had to undo the o2 sensor and i forgot and started my car which made it come on and it wont go off cause my honda dealerships obd2 thing is broken... lol. but im going to do that and see if it helps, im lowering my car in three weeks! yay! but i havent changed stations i goto a couple different ones but we'll see after this fill up.
