Default Honda accord 96 parking light bulb replacement

I was wondering what you had to do to get to the bulb for the front parking light to replace it, do you have to take off the bumper to access it? please help

wtf?

all u need is a ft long phillips screw driver and insert if from the hole in the front.

for example:
if ur replacing the driver side bulb, look at the left side of the bumper lens. u'll see a square shape hole, look through it and u'll see a screw holding the lens, unscrew and pull the lens out.
