blacklight and use blacklight ink on the needles...mount the blacklight in the dash where your dash lights are above the gauges.......and there you go..........glowing needles.....

hey sho akkord, I was also think of doing that but my idea was to just mount a black light in the same place you said but diconnect the wire or fuse going to the oem dash lights(the tach and speedo) and having the blacklight light up the OEM white numbers, would that work? Anyone know?

is it possible to transplant needles from a 6th gen (or any other newer honda) to a 5th gen?
the 6th gen needles are made of a different material - its transluscent, so light will glow thru them. there are kits that put lights somewhere behind the display that make these kinds of needles glow if they don't already.
