Default 04 coupe lock problems

hey guys I'm having problems with the power locks on my 04 coupe. Using the key fob i can't not unlock or lock the car, using the side panel button from both sides I can not lock/unlock the car. The only way to unlock the car is to stick the key into the driver side unlock it and roll the windows down so passenger can pull the lock on passenger side up and open the door. When I press the lock/unlock button on the side i hear a whirring sound in the door panels, and then i hear a slight click/pop near the fuse box. Is it my fuses? i've pulled it and it doesn't look bad or is it the actual actuator going bad? Is this common place with this gen accord? do the actuators go bad frequently?

hey guys, after reading around it seems like the actuator is the culprit. Is there any guide on to how to take the door panel on the accord coupes apart? So far i've only been able to locate 1 of the screws for the door panel which is the screw behind the door handles. Where are the other ones so i can take the door panels apart to replace actuator? and does anyone know where I can get good ones cheap? My dealership wants them for 90$ each.

im not exactly sure for the 04, but most cars have one in the door handle, and one in the small crevice with the window switches.... the rest are clips all around the door

hey thanks for the reply Jani, for those who have the same problem as me and would like to know how to take the car panel apart theres a guide up on autozone that shows how to replace the actuator for accords, civics, preludes, s2000's base on years. Very nice guide, helped me alot, I was able to buy the actuator new for $60 from norm reeves honda in cerritos and then just did the installation myself. Took some time as I did everything very carefully making sure not to break any clips that held the door panel together.
