'98 rear door panel removal

The outside rear left side door handle on my 1998 Accord doesnt work. I can open the door with the inside handle. Also, if I pull hard and fast on the outside handle it will open the door sometimes. Anyone have any suggestions?

Take your door panel apart look at your outer door handle see if the rod is broken. If it is you probably need a new outer door handle thy are a pain to replace.
