fuel injectors

Default fuel injectors

how would i clean the inside of where u put ur fuel injectors?
its clogged with deposits so i can't start the car up

Once every 6 months buy a bottle of rubbing alcohol 16 fl oz ($.98 at wal-mart) go to the gas station when you have half a take of gas. pour the WHOLE bottle of alcohol in the tank and then fil the tank with gas. run the tank just below 1/4 tank and fill it again.

It works better and is cheaper then buying injector cleaner at the parts store and it will give you a tempory LITTLE boost (not realy that noticable.)

well the car won't start because its all clogged up
i want to find a cleaner or something else that will get the deposit off without damaging something

He's talkin about the places where the fuel injectors pop into, not the injectors themselves.

so is it safe to use engine degreaser or something else to get the deposits off?
