Aados, I rarely see them up here. but IMO, they're fugly. Some cars look okay with them, but on the 5th gen accord they look fugly. And in addition to that, if you care, they're played out. I don't personally care if anything's "played out", but maybe you do. IMHO of course.

Well I like green more than amber... theyre both just colors... what makes one better or "cleaner" than the other... I really want Xenon but when I had them installed it was like constantly flasing everyone with my brights!

 

Good start, I'd definately say the next step is to junk the altezzas, definately get rid of the green blinkers, and put your centercaps back on, it looks like somebody stole them without. Please tell me you took off the wiper nozzles too!!! Get rid of all the tacky green stuff and your car will look good. You have some good engine mods done, but you need to get rid of some of the tacky mods you have on there and your car will be hot. Not making fun of it or anything, just trying to help a brotha out

First of all... I'm still pondering on some new taillights. I like what that Ghetto Car Cam guy has, but I am still tinkering around with getting my stock ones apart... and if you ask me all aftermarket taillights are just as bad as Altezzas... that includes S-Types and CF Altezzas and anything. Neways, second of all, what would you suggest in place of the green blinkers? And I hardly ever turn on my washer lights... I mainly got them because IMO small chrome accents to a car look good... matches my lights and chrome door trim. And lastly, I like without center caps. I'm spray painting the big bolt in the center grey to match the unpolished part of the rim in the center... and replaced all my lugs w/ new chrome ones, old ones were rusty.

And to the new guy... the Halos are great... Kinda a ***** to install but do-able. I don't use the center parking light bulb so that you can see the ring better. My only complaint with them is that there are only 2 LEDs at the bottom of the ring and none at the top... they could have at least put 2 more at the top, or about 30 more like the bimmers!

 

I would just replace the washer nozzles, they are horrible with or without the lights on. Most people I know would want their wiper nozzles shaved, not accented. It's not like its a cool part of the car or something, the washer fluid comes out of them! As for the green blinkers, I would just get regular old amber ones, they are legal, and they look good. Your car looks good, you really do have some good engine mods done, but tacky parts are just taking away from the overall appeal of the car. I'm not trying to tell you what to do, by all means, if you like those parts, keep them, this is just my opinion, take it for what its worth, which probably isn't much! I'm just stating what I would do if it was my car, which it isn't. Overall I think the car has some real potential if you just take off the tacky mods and put back on the stock counterparts. As for the tails, I think the stock ones are the way to go. Altezzas are just nasty, they aren't original at all, everybody and their mom has them, it doesn't set the car apart, it simply gives people a reason to laugh at you. Try smoking the stock tails or something, or even leave them as they are, anything will look better than altezzas. I think your engine looks great, the paint job you did looks superb, just need to clean the rest of the car up. I like the understated look, $10 mods from pepboys don't make the car look good, they make it worse. Do what you like, I'm just giving my .02, I just know how good the car could look if you un-riced it.

 

Ok well thanks for the input... and thanks for the deep input v6master. Hows this sound... I think I'm getting it. I like the chrome accents but I think im gonna get some Xenon Blinkers... and just never turn on the green neon/washer led's. And I'm gonna start messing around with my stock tails. I would like them so much better if the colors were distinct and "shiny" for lack of a better word... They just look old and faded if you know what i mean... compare them to a new BMW... Neways if I screw up my stock tails... anyone got a pair they could donate for expirimentation? Thanks again for all the input and keep going by all means.
