How do I remove the front brake rotor on a 1991 honda accord dx?

 

Its a bit tricky but you have to press the bearing out of the back side of the knuckle. You can do this by removing the axle and the bottom ball joint. then pull out the 4 bolts holding the bearing in and install 4 longer bolt the same threat size and hit them in an x pattern till the bearing and rotor pop out then all you need to do is remove the 4 bolts holding the rotor onto the hub.

 

that works but messes up the thread on the Hub. i've tried it but dont recomend it. May be it was just me hitting too hard on the bolts.

anyways, the threads messed up on one of the hubs adn i had to use a thread lock to keep em in.
