Ok, obviously I don't share the popular opinion here, and thats fine.........however, anybody with a REAL BMW will laugh at this kid............I'm gonna post this over on the BMW board and see what people have to say about it........................I don't think they are gonna like it too much, but I'm sure it will be good for a laugh.

I think the car looks great. The conversion is very well done. The only thing I would change is take off the emblem on the hood. Some people are into the show scene and some people are into all performance. Just because u like performance doesn't mean that show is bad, just not your taste. Just because it is not your taste doesn't mean its horrible. Some of the show guys think going fast is only good for getting tickets or getting killed. Others think that trying to make a honda fast in MOST cases is pointless and dumb. Some guys can spend up to $10000 on a motor when all is said and done and still get beat by a supra or a vette. Are you saying that that guy is trying to make his car something that it isn't. No, we modify our cars whether their import, domestic, european, whatever to make it look nice or fast because THAT is what it is all about. Modifying cars is fun and no matter what car u have, u take pride in it whether it is a show stopper or does 9s all day in the quarter mile. I drive a honda now but that doesn't mean I hate all cars except hondas, I love cars in general and I personally think it is dumb to be so close minded as to only appreciate one type of car. That is just my $.02, I'm not trying to start a flame war or anything and I wasn't referring to anyone is particular in my long winded response. i said "ass-ugly and played out" of which now i will add the word "pointless"

an h22 swap is not pointless nor is it ass ugly, and actually in my area its not played out (nor is it even close). this is also the case w/ volks.

another point.....(since i saw it again today) are the led squirters....i consider them rice, but correct me if im wrong, is there a car that comes stock w/ them? i call them rice because theyre ass-ugly and pointless and played out.

That car is really nice, I usually hate cars that try to make parts that don't belong work... but this is really nice.

 

so you're saying that if someone thinks that this conversion is "ricey" they are closed minded just because in their personal opinion it is just that, rice? that is a very ignorant standpoint. are people not allowed to have an opinion if it doesn't match yours? welcome to earth chief. opinions are like assholes, everyone has one and most of them stink.

personally i think this conversion is ricey as ****. it's like putting a GT-R emblem on a metro, only on a larger, more expensive scale. i happen to like more subtle conversions, ie maybe bimmer 5 series headlights on an accord, or somethin like that, but the whole bimmer front clip just looks rediculous to me. i think it's just way over done and a total waste of money, but that's just my open minded opinion.:thumbup:

altezza taillights are ****in' gay, and ugly looking.


the guy isn't tryin' to say he's got a bmw. he did an awesome ass conversion.

we mod honda's only thing that is a bigger waste of money is modding a geo metro.

give me a break. why don't you all give props for a conversion which deserves it.

 

The conversion is really clean and I have to admit that it does look good. However, if I drove a BMW, this car would insult me. It reminds me of this mustang I once saw with honda emblems and powered by Honda sticker on the windshield. :rofl:
