first of all, thanks for all helps. So what exactly should I do now? Go to shop fix it or what parts to buy and DIY?

Before you do anything, do the cheapest stuff first. Your thermostat might not be working properly.

Get an OEM honda thermostat and get some coolant from any auto store. Total shouldn't be more than ~$20 and it's a super easy fix. Flush the system out, replace the thermostat then refill the system. Make sure ALL hoses are clamped tight and aren't leaking through any small holes/cracks. Since you say your fan is turning on we'll rule out the faulty fan switch for now. Change the coolant and thermostat then report back.

No need to replace it, test it first by putting it in boiling water (NOT TOUCHING THE POT!) and ensuring that it opens at the specified temp. Maybe someone with an F22 can help him out with that one...

ok, I did what you said and the overheat problem gone . The car is not leaking at all after I turn on the car and just sit there for 15 mins (which already reach the normal working temperature). So I decide to test drive a little bit for about 5 miles. After I parked the car and check under the car, the same spot as I shown in the pics has coolant dripping again. Well, the car now is drivable but I just want to know where is leaking so I can fix. From my understanding there is only three places where coolant can leak from, upper and lower hoses and radiator. Anywhere else could leak coolant? Thanks.
