Default 96 EX-V6 oil leak?

I need your expert opinion on my Honda again. There's been an oil leak that Ive been chasing and thought that it was the oil pan gasket. I changed it out...and it was a pain in the ass.....only to discover that it there is STILL a leak. This is on a 96' EX-V6.

It seems to be seeping from the area that the arrow is pointing to.

Please advise.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say the gasket between the housing the oil filter goes on to and the oil pan.

The oil filter housing comes off by itself. You just have to be careful not to rip the 2 coolant lines that connect to it
