90 honda accord ..dies at stop with less then 1/2 tank FIXED!!!!!
Hey guys
New guy here just wanted to share my experience thus far with this forum.
I have a 1990 honda accord auto with 226K on it, it began this thing where it would die at stop lights if it had less then 1/2 tank. Well after numerous things, I cleaned the IACV(FULL of carbon) and tightened the FITV down after reading about this on this forum. PROBLEM FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gas mileage is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY up, I drove it like a race car yesterday for 211 miles and it just broke halftank used. Before it was going through 1/2 a tank of gas in 150 miles WHILE I was going 55 using cruise control.
