u'll have to take out the bumper, then headlights

to take the bumper off.

Remove teh cover from top of the grill by poping out all the clips/plastic screws.

Then I think there're some bolts/screws/clips holding the bumper cover from top, if u see any, remove those.

Then from bottom, take out all teh bolts/clips u see that hold the bumper cover,

also remove the screw/bolt from where teh fender connects w/ the bumper (infront of the wheel)

Then u should be able to pull teh bumper cover right off.

I also think that b/w the headlights and the bumper cover, there's a bracket that the top of teh bumper slides into. U might have to pry that w/ a flat head screw driver to make it easier for the bumper to slide out easy.
( u can see the bracket below teh headlights in the link)

Then remove teh headlights. I think there're 5 10mm bolts for each headlight. Two on top and 3 at bottom. And u'll have enough space to mount the ballast there and also run ur wires.

heres one that i did on my bro's car:

If u look in the engine bay, u'll see no sign of the HID kit.
