I'm getting a very loud screeching sound coming from my drivers side window whenever I try to lower the window. -Its similar to scratching a black board with nails.

At first I thought it was because of my tint, but I had the tint removed and it kept making the noise. The dealer replaced the little motor for the window, and gave me a new window track which fixed the problem....

but as soon as I saw it fixed I decided to put the tint back and once again its making the screech noise when it goes down, but no noise on its way up.... Any help would be appreciated...

Nah man, but the first time it started makin the noise and I took off the tint, it kept makin the noise untill I took it too the dealer to get it fixed.

So I put the tint and the first day I try to put it down...screech!!

What can I do to keep my tint on there and eliminate the noise???

 

u probably got some sort of dirt stuck in the track (or ur window could be scratched). roll the window down and spray some lubricant spary in there.

y did the dealer replaced teh window motor? u got fkd.

 

well they replaced all that shit for freee, cuz the warranty. They replaced the window track and the motor.... but you think the window might be scratched??? it does have minor scratches but nothing major...
