Default 2006 Accord Window Lock Problem.

I have a 2006 Accord and just out of the blue my passenger and rear windows will not roll down. They won't roll down from the main controls at the driver side or from any of the controls at each window. The safety switch is up and when i try to roll down the windows I can hear a click at each window. It's almost as if the safety switch is broken or locked?

The driver's side window works fine. I have checked the fuses inside and under the hood. I am a bit confused on which fuse would control this though. Does anyone know which fuse I need to look at? I just want to make sure I try everything I can before taking it to be looked at. Thanks in advance!

That is unfortunate. The car is actually no longer under warranty, nearly 50,000 miles on it. Has anyone had this repaired out of warranty? If so, what can I expect to pay for this work?
