so when i turn on my a/c or heat i get a really distinct clicking noise coming from the passengers side..

the lower the blower is on the softer the click is, when its on high the clicking is really loud..

it just started to happen about 2 days after i took off my dash to do some audio work.. could this be the problem? or just a coincidence?

problem.
u've got something stuck in teh blower. pull itout and clean it up and it'll go away.
