I've been out of the accord world for a bit (audi/toyota for now), but I hadn't seen red/white tails on recent models...i thought that was cool.

You can get those taillights on the USDM Hybrid model (along with turn signal side view mirrors). A lot of 06-07 sedan guys put those on.
