Default Noise in one wheel;ABS?

Hello guys,

I did a few searches prior to this post but i couldn't find someone with a similar situation.

Here is the problem:
As I drive there is a repeating light knock in the passenger side rear wheel. The tempo of the knock follows my speed. When I brake the knocking gets very loud (sounds almost like a semi's Jake brake from the inside). Any thoughts on what is wrong?

My ABS light is ON.
I have tried removing all the ABS fuses & relay but the problem remains (the dash board light stays on as well).
I have no code.
Fluid levels look fine.
Only one wheel is affected.

At the very least I wish to fully understand the problem so if I am forced to bring it to a shop (vs doing it myself) I won't get burned.

Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

Thanks

I was thinking might it be a seriously warped rotor?

I was thinking that we have no clue what model-year or engine-type you have, or even what country you live in.
