I know how you feel, I was gonna turn left at an intersection when a truck hit us from behind because they claimed they didn't see us. My neck, upper, and lower back were in constant pain. I got therapy and all that stuff but my back will never be the same, it still hurts to this day. What ever insurance money you get will definately make a good down payment for a new 2008 Accord V6.

ok, so now my emotional depression is kicking in with the separation of my car. I have the hoopty but i cant even drive it cause my back hurts and plus my partner in crime is my fiancee in the passenger seat and it'll hurt her neck and back even further.

My injuries:

Swollen and sore right shoulder
my mid-low back is hurting

Fiancee:
Left side of neck is swollen
stiff neck cant turn head to left, minimal movement to right from soreness
Right thigh is bruised from hitting the door

She took the brunt force of impact.
I hit the drivers door with my back left side. Now Im going to miss playing paint ball cause I cant Duck, Dodge,Dive,Dip & Duck when playing. I've been doing situps and shit for about 3 months with needed improvement and some visuals to confirm now I cant do it.

 

i just recently bought shit for the car too....can I take it off. Im more than certain my car is totaled.

I just did a KBB on my car and got 7400.00
My car is in excellent condition no body dents etc ( not any more ) just waxed her friday night and she was still shining even after the collision.

Im staring at the car of the lady that hit and i really cant believe she almost has no damage. How fast was she possibly going? Looks like she glanced off my car and took everything with her.

 

Damn man that sucks my car looks just like yours except mine is an 01. I was in an accident about 3 weeks ago where this young kid pulls over to the side of the road and without looking just makes a u turn in front of me lucky for me the damage wasn't that bad because I was able to slam on my brakes and by the time I hit him I wasn't traveling that fast but now his car on the other hand had a bent wheel with side damage. Good luck with everything and hope that you and your fiancee have a speedy recovery.

we have to do some physical therapy for the next month. Also, there are no tire marks on the intersection to show that she attempted to stop.

Another note: I know someone that works for State Farm claims and he's been updating me regarding the case. Cant really tell me to much but I know the other party hasnt contacted their insurance yet. Which is an additional plus for me and today i pick up the police report.

And all 4 of my hid ballasts are done!. None of them work. Actually one of my fog light ballasts must of been ripped off by her cause I couldnt find it on my car even after the collision.

Ohh well. Its not like i can drive anyway now =(

So both insurance companies have been trying to contact the witness for the past few days.

The witness just so happen to call me this morning because I left them a voicemessage asking that they contact my insurance claim person.
So I spoke with them for a bit regarding what they saw.
Put it this way,...they even saw me steering my car away from theirs when this bitch hit me.

First of all, the other party did in fact blow the red light. Now im sure if the driver of that car wasnt talking to her passenger ( meaning has her head turned towards the passenger ) she would of seen the light as Red. Instead she rammed me.

the witness will be calling my insurance agent shortly to report their statement. Just when i was getting worried they surprise me. They must of been away for several days which is why they called me a week later.
