Default losing power

my 91 honda accord w/ an f20a jdm motor has been cutting out or just no poer like its starving for gas but if i punch it to the floor it kicks in like nothing is wrong ive changed capp rotor plugs wires head gasket and valve cover within the last two weeks and my alternator is new also changed fuel filter also the air filter nothing seems to help and this is do random that it will do it sometimes and not at all for a couples days. does anybody have any suggestions. no engine codes also. pls anything before i sell my ride im at my wits end. also had my shop run through grounds no lose grounds

Could be main relay, it seems like an electrical issue.

Im gonna change the main relay this weekend. I aprreciate the advice and will post if this is the problem.

x2 i dont think that would be a main relay, unless your having troubles starting when hot or the car dies when you come to a stop. sounds to me like a wiring issue also check all the grounds and recheck all your harness plugs.

Yup. When my main relay died it either wouldn't start or it would die when I came to a stop.

no go on the relay

still the issue persists know anybody who wants a 91 accord lol. Im stumped went back over thge grounds and harness's only other thing i can think of is that my light keep going dim and bright when i start the car.

did you check the throttle position sensor?

have you checked the catalytic converters? I mean its a 16 year old car it might be your cats.
