Hey guys.

I wanted to change my map lights and dome lights....to a different color... do you guys know which bulb fits the 05 accord 2dr.... and instructions or how to install it..?

i found the bulb...but i need some instructions....

 

They are pretty simple, just use a butter knife and pry out the cover.

Here is a DIY showing how to take out the cover for the map light.

Edit: On the side note, if you are using BLUE filament bulbs, they will appear white. BLUE LEDs will be more brighter but too ghetto looking. I'd say get the white to give it a clean look but thats just me.

i have another question...

there's the dark...hole...with the oval shaped opening near the switch of the maplight...or near the maplight...on the map light. i guess u can ssay...

Dude, are you serious? That's the ambient light. Have you never driven at night?

 

I have...but i dont see that light turning on.... does that meann like my bulb is broken or something...?

 

what trim is your Accord, do you have the homelink system?

BTW: the DIY I posted is to change that ambient light.

When I got to the step where I have to unplug the grey and green.... I try to pull it but it won't come off...so do I have to yank it out hard...or..
