Default Tranny flush

So from what i understand my '99 Accord V6 has a filter inside of the tranny, i guess that would be my first question which is does it have a filter in the transmission?

second question is how often do those need to be replaced? and how hard is it to do so?

Whatever you do, DO NOT FLUSH YOUR TRANNY. Especially on that particular model/year. I had a 98 Accord V6 A/T. Drain/fill will Honda ATF only, forget about this filter you're worried about. Search and do some reading on these transmissions as they are problematic. These trans usually have a lifespan of 100k-150k before they go to shit. Usually start with the 1st->2nd gear slippage.

Clog up the filter (non-removable) with gunk and clutch-pack material... maybe more.
