How often should I change trans. fluid?

How often should I change trans. fluid?
The dealer is telling me every 15,000 for trans. fluid change. The owners manual says every 120,000. Such a big difference, what are your thoughts?

Do you have a 98-02 V6 accord automatic? If so, then use HONDA ATF ONLY and change it every 15k miles. Remember, drain & fill ONLY, never flush the system. Otherwise, generally it's good to change it around 30k miles.
