I have 4 wires on my headlights that I purchased recently. I believe they are for my LEDs correct? I'm pretty sure the short black one goes to the negative parking light and the red one goes to the postive correct? But I have a long red one and long white one. I have no idea what these are for. I also heard you can splice them to turn on with your low beam lights? Is that true?

Any help will be greatly appreciated, again, sorry for the noob questions, I am fairly new to this type of things.
