2005 rear brakes
Has anyone done their rear brakes on a 2005 Accord? I've replaced brakes plenty of times but never rears or on a Honda. Any gotchas I should expect before I have it torn apart?!
thanks

Disks or Drums??
(Or you really need to tell us WHAT TYPE of 2005 Accord)
One GOTCHA with Honda rear disks is that the caliper piston can't be compressed straight in. Like for example you'd use a C-clamp to push in the piston in the front, to make room for the new thicker pads.
In the rear, this would damage the auto-adjust mechanism for the handbrake. Instead, you twist the piston clockwise like you're screwing it inwards. Be careful for the rubber dust boot, so it doesn't get all twisted up & torn.
