Default 2001 accord crake swap question

I've been looking for a thread answering my question and can't find any, I guess I'm the first one asking but if I swap the brakes from a V6 to my I4 would it be a straight swap?

I know I didn't spell "brake" correctly on the tittle, but does anyone know if its a straight swap?

I guess you'd have to swap hubs & wheels too, since the V-6 cars use 5 lugs.

I was looking arround and read something about using CL rotors on the rear of an accord, does this aply for the 98-02s? because the only reason I want to do this is to have rear disk brakes so its not a pain in the ass to change the rear brakes (I hate drums)

I guess the most straightforward swap would be from a 4-cyl Accord EX (rear disks).

I thought EXs had 5 lugs like the V6s, now I want to keep the 4 lug so I can keep the same rims
