lowering springs

Hey i just bought new tein s tech springs for my 00 civic si. I was wondering how to install them. Are there any websites that shows how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

dont know how to do it on civics, but make sure u change ur shocks too. i regret changing out the springs only and now my shocks are going bad.

but this post should be in CIVIC forum.
