Not really shure the 99 v6 accords did not come with a manual trans just autos. I do not know it some of the acuras with v6s came with manuals thy may work try to find one with the same engine code. The next gen accords did come with a v6 manual.
u can swap the manual transmission from the acura CL.
Its a b****.
u'll have to remove ur dashboard and replace the wire harness and make holes to put the shifter (not sure if it already has them since teh 4cyl came w/ 5 speed), and many other things

I've heard from a number of posts that it's a big fat pain in the a$$. I've heard of some have done the engine/tranny swap from a TL, but I haven't heard of many doing just the tranny swap. Why Honda didn't put a manual with their V6's in the 6th gen I'll never know.
i know this sounds crazy but i have heard before that initially honda didnt want to match a manual with the v6 because it would have put the accord in a different segment in the car market and then change what cars they compete with as well as change the insurance rates that their consumers would get as a result
a friend at a dealership said that this was kinda "tribal knowledge" where he worked ... abviously the marketplace has changed a bit since the 6th gen's first release since now the entire segment of mid-level sedans and coupes are pushing for more and more ponies and "driver-centric" upgrades
