not sure about the struts...but u may also wanna check the upper arm, or more specifically, the upper ball joint. when mine tore open some time ago, it made occasional clicking sounds, especially when turning. i hope that helps.

go to a car-wash and wash out that area real good, wait 1-2days and let it dry good. then go to autozone and get a "liquid wrench penatrating oil" for about 4 bucks and spray that on there. all around the strut and the upper part of it.

if u cant reach the top, then unscrew the three bolt of the strut under the hood and the lift that side of the car w/ the jack. the strut will come down slowly and u'll be able to spray it on there.

and spray it on all the other joints, ex: lower arm, upper arm, tie rods, etc.

Did this specifically work for you? I when it first happen I was when I pulled out of a parking spot slowly...(2 months ago)

Now on soft bumps (non pot holes) I hear it click back and forth. It sounds almost as if the click is touching the chassis of the car (or atleast vibrating the chassis also).

Shocks and upper control arms were replaced 2 months ago. MAybe they left some dirt there?
