whats up people. The question at hand is .....Can you put a h23a head on the f22a single cam ? any info will help.

 

I dont think so but why bother? If it aint broke dont fix it.

 

i destroyed the h23 block but the head is still good. and i have 2 f22 blocks sitting around and was wondering if l would have to buy a block for the h23 or could i use the f22.

the G23 has been done in which you use the F23 block and the H23 head, but I haven't heard of the G22 being done yet. hit Roy up for more info.(darksideaccord)

 

ok dont listen to these guys .... No offense fellow members...

I have preformed this swap many times.. Even h22 on f22 block .. It will bolt right up with no problems.. No machine work or anything .. Just need a few h23 parts. It will work on any f22a or f22b engine ...

What kind of performance increases would one feel when swaping an h23 head on a f23 block? Just curious...
