Default Gauge cluster bulb replacement

I need some help in replacing low fuel indicator bulb in the gauge assembly of my 98 Accord V6 Sedan.

The bulb base / holder as looked from the back side of the gauge assembly is a circular white plactic knob (The V6 is a bit different from the I4). There are other smaller bulb bases which are black and can be removed by a quarter counter clockwise turn. All the white ones are stuck tight. What is the procedure to remove these bigger white bulb bases?

Thanks.

Damn I don't remember how it exactly looked since it's been a yr since the led conversion but I don't remember having any kinda trouble removing any of the bulbs. Should be simple.
