Default Intake

Hey I have a 2003 Accord. I'm looking into getting an Air Intake system put in it. First does anyone have any suggestions on a type I should get? Secondly, does anyone have any instructions on how to install it, or is it just to complicated to do myself?

I just purchased a K&N CAI (see my thread) and it produces a very annoying humming sound at idle. The sound it produces at higher RPM's though, is nice! It came with great installation instructions with pictures for every step, the hardest part (if you can call it that) was finding the 2nd screw that held the lower "air box" that is down by the fender. I had trouble getting access to that screw without taking the fender off. I eventually did it, but I had to twist my arm all weird to get to it

Get a quality cold air. Dont go cheap and get one off of ebay. Thats just lame. Look into the specifications for your car. Visit the AEM, Ijen, K&N Websites. They should give you test results with your car.

true a cold air is a litle harder to install.(have to take out the stock air box and all) but i belive its a little better then the shorter ram air isnt it? the whole cooler air thingy? were the ram air is right under the hood its feeding off of the warmer air that the engine is producing were as the cold air is located futher down behind the front bumber and wheel well. I think that this is right...
