probably blew a fuse. check under the hood and the fuse box should tell what fuse it is.
It'd probably say radio or something. also check the "back-up radio" fuse

Its the fuse for memory. The one that still supplys power if your car is off, for example in the clock. Without it the radio wont work. Its under the hood.

well the clock works fine i just have to plug it in. I checked the continuity on all the blade fuses in the driverside fuse box and the one under the and they were all closed so i dont know what the problem is.

when the stero was put in did you buy a adaptor harness or just hack it together? if its a hack and crimp job, something may have got crossed and now your deck is fried due to a short

I bought a wiring harness for the unit. I've taken it out before, checked the wires and the car was off so there shouldn't be any power going to it. Maybe it is fried but i wouldn't think so. I'll have to take it somewhere or something.

may be one of your wires came loose when you were putting (may be shoving) it back in.

i guess check to make sure all the connections are good back there, not just the aftermarket harness, but also the factory ones.
